On top of all this, they know how to use their network partners and are - quite simply - very nice people to work with, which is the first step to any enduring client relationship. Their elevation to GM and ECD is testimony to what they have built," he explains.Bates CHI & Partners Manila is today a "relatively small shop with the strengths of a larger agency." Leah and Noah have found the perfect recipe for a successful advertising business with equal doses of collaboration across partners, clients, and team members. Since they took the helm of Bates CHI, the Agency has delivered double-digit growth and expanded its client portfolio to include more international and local brands such as Bonakid Pre-School (Wyeth); Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen, Taco Bell (Philippine Pizza Inc.) , LBC X (The Shipping Cart, TheShop.ph), Zest-O Corporation (Zest-O, BIG250, Quickchow Instant Mami) and Asia Brewery (Brew Kettle, Asahi Beer).Leah joined what was then Bates 141 in 2009 as Group Account Director and rose up to the post of Client Service Director for the joint venture Bates CHI & Partners Manila formed in 2012. With her skill and talent in account management coupled with her 20 years’ experience in the industry (previous to Bates as Account Director for JWT and Lowe, accounts and media planning professional for AB Communications), she drove the Agency’s growth story over the last two years through effective teamwork with her clients. As Leah’s business partner, Noah’s creative leadership built on the Bates portfolio of best work. In his seven years with the Agency, Bates has reaped regional awards for outstanding work to include a Spikes Asia Media Gold and two AWARD Awards (Outdoor Bronze and Direct Marketing Bronze) for Tulakabataan “Vote for Kids” (2010-2011).  He joined Bates in 2008 as Senior Art Director, after a five-year stint as Art Director with DDB Philippines, and was promoted to Creative Director in 2012. At DDB, Noah is credited with a Bronze metal for his work on Pinoyvote “Ink” at the 2007 Araw Values Awards and Kidlat Awards; and with a 2006 Catholic Mass Media Gold Award and Araw Values Silver Award for Radyo Veritas’ “Tutulungan Ka Niya” .
