Aviva has hired on Jon Yongfook as head of digital product and design for Aviva Digital Garage in Singapore. Yongfook and his team will be responsible for the customer experience of the company’s digital products that span across web, mobile and more.
Yongfook (pictured) leads the team in applying agile methodology, design thinking, rapid prototyping and customer insights to the development of digital product and experiences that meet the expectations of our customers and are delightful to use.
He takes on the role from Twenty Four Twelve Systems where he was director for over two years. In the role, he helped develop and manage software product Beatrixapp.com, a social media management tool. His clients included the likes of Airasia, Expedia and several SMEs.
His agency side experience include working as director of social at Leo Burnett and taking on the role of digital analyst at Dentsu Tokyo.
