Audi’s communications team has launched a central research platform for journalists and bloggers. Media representatives will be able to use press releases, photos, videos and other content related to Audi for their editorial work without registration. The online portal at www.audi-mediacenter.com can be easily used on all modern end devices.Toni Melfi, head of Audi communications said that it is a“modern research platform for journalists, bloggers and online multipliers.”This also looks to fulfill the demand for research conducted via mobile end devices. The Audi MediaCenter fulfills these requirements with clear user guidance and intelligent search and filter functions. Photos, videos and other content are linked to a press release, and they contain links to related topics, said a release. This will combine its previous press database, Audi Media Services, with the online sites Audi Newsroom, Audi MediaTV and Audi MotorsportInfo. In addition, the web pages of Audi Communications on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr and Scribd as well as the Audi Blog are integrated in the Audi MediaCenter. Reporters can subscribe to RSS feed messages and newsletters as well. Embedded codes let users link to content from their own web pages, and share buttons let them share Audi news in social networks.Meanwhile, Audi Singapore is further stepping up its publicity efforts, tying up with radio personality and television host Yasminne Cheng as ambassador to the brand.
