Lan was a marketing executive at local isotonic drink brand, H-TWO-O, before joining RSH Limited (RSH) in June 2013 as a senior marketing executive in where he undertook marketing communications responsibilities for Reebok in Singapore.
In less than a year, he was promoted to assistant marketing manager at RSH, responsible to oversee the sports division consisting of 14 brands including Reebok, Speedo, Saucony, Merrell, Wilson, Babolat, Sperry, Keds and Ipanema. In 2015, he took on the role of RSH’s regional marketing manager, in which he helped to launch the fast-fashion brand, Old Navy, in Malaysia and Indonesia, in addition to its local sports portfolio.
