Mobile marketing solution partner Art of Click has received more than half a million dollars of seed capital funding through Wavemaker Labs and the Singapore National Research Foundation (NRF).
The seed funding programme provides an opportunity to help Singapore-based innovative start-ups develop their business before going after further investments to build and grow the company.
The solutions company also made several new executive appointments to develop its regional foothold. These appointments include Wandrille Pruvot as chief revenue officer, Jens Bohnwager as chief technology officer and Damien Velly as technical senior consultant to further accelerate Art Of Click’s business growth and technology implementation.
At the back of these changes, Art of Click is also looking to hire local talent to strengthen the team.

We are developing a post-click optimisation platform aimed to shift advertising budgets into real ROI-projects,” Emmanuel Allix (pictured), CEO Art of Click said.
“Art of Click is now looking at expanding and is on the lookout for local talent to add to the international team. The company is looking for individuals with unique expertise in digital, mobile, or big data. Art of Click operates in key markets such as Singapore, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam with more than four billion monthly impressions.
The Art of Click mobile market place allows operators and publishers to sell their inventory and advertisers to buy mobile traffic. It is understand that there are more than 1,200 publishers spanning the region on the Art of Click Network.
“What do advertisers ultimately want? Do they want shiny new technology? Do they want clicks? We believe that advertisers ultimately want their target market to do something with their brand (e.g. learn more about it, sign-up, download a coupon, buy, etc), Paul Santos, managing partner, Wavemaker Labs said.
