Allianz and AFC announce multi-year regional partnership

Allianz, the international financial services company, and the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) have come together for a multi-year pan regional partnership.As a part of this sponsorship, the company will leverage of the confederation's football fans and connect more deeply with its customers in key Asian markets. The partnership covers  matches AFC Champions League, the AFC Cup, as well as the AFC Futsal Club Championships across traditional and digital platforms.“This partnership provides Allianz with a unique platform to support the huge segments of Asian society, for whom football is a passion and an essential part of life. We see ourselves supporting the games both at the top championship levels, as well as in nurturing Asia’s next-generation talent with our signature youth programmes,” added Paul Groves (pictured), head of market management for Asia, Allianz.Recently, to reach out to a wider range of consumers, Allianz Malaysia launched a new brand campaign called “Courage Never Fails”.With its global brand positioning “Dare to. We’re with you”, Allianz Malaysia hoped to foster the extraordinary, courageous spirit of everyday Malaysians through the “Courage Never Fails” campaign, letting them know that Allianz is there for them as a pillar of support, a safety net and a friend to lean on when times get rough.
